We are former federal firefighters bringing national-level wildfire management to Leavenworth homeowners.
Why We Started
For years, we fought fires on the front lines with the U.S. Forest Service. We saw firsthand that "hope" is not a strategy. We also saw a gap: while government agencies have the data and the manpower to manage the deep forest, homeowners in the Wildland-Urban Interface (WUI) were often left guessing.
We founded Blue Pine Fuels to close that gap. We believe that professional wildfire mitigation shouldn't be a guessing game. It should be backed by science, verified by data, and executed by professionals who understand fire behavior.

The Story of "Blue Pine"
It starts with a beetle. In our western forests, the Mountain Pine Beetle leaves a calling card: a blue-grey stain in the wood of the trees it kills. This "Blue Pine" stands as a symbol of the changing health of our forests.
We chose this name because it reminds us that wildfire isn't the only force at play—it's part of a larger ecosystem. Our goal isn't to fight nature, but to restore balance. By managing fuels and hardening homes, we can live safely in these fire-adapted landscapes.
